IIT Madras and NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory Joint project (E)
As part of the international research programme, researchers from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras in collaboration with the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory are conducting research in space. Under this research, the interactions of microbes in the International Space Station are being studied. The research, which will help develop strategies to disinfect space stations, will help reduce the potential impact of germs on astronauts’ health.
