Science Museum (E)
The Government of India is planning to set up Science Museums across the country. On September the 29th , a Memorandum of Understanding in this regard was signed between the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research and the National Council of Science Museums. The Union Minister of Science and Technology and Earth Sciences, Dr. Jitendra Singh was also present on the occasion. He stated that the step was in line with the present governmentâs efforts to promote scientific temper, particularly among children and the younger generation.
