Swachh Sagar Surakshit Sagar (E)
The Ministry of Earth Sciences, Government of India, along with many other institutions, is running the Swachh Sagar, Surakshit Sagar Abhiyan. The campaign has been given a theme under the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, as part of which 75 coastal areas of the country are being cleaned over 75 days. The campaign, which started on July 3, will end on September 17.
