Drinking Water From Humid Air (E)
To solve the problem of drinking water, researchers at IIT Guwahati have developed a new and efficient method to harvest water from the humid air. Inspired by the hydrophobic and hydrophilic plant surfaces, the researchers have succeeded in developing novel materials to accomplish this goal. According to the researchers , the technology was able to harvest water from foggy air, without the need for any cooling arrangement.
