Affordable Prosthetic Leg With Advanced Features (E)
A research funded by the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India and the Ministry of Education has developed an indigenous cost-effective prosthetic leg with advanced features. It was developed by the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati in collaboration with various medical institutions. This prosthetic leg is adapted to Indian conditions and provides better mobility to the differently abled.
