Olive Ridley Turtle Satellite Tagging (E)
A female Olive Ridley turtle has been satellite tagged for the first time on the West coast of India under a project commissioned by the Mangrove Foundation of Maharashtra to the Wildlife Institute of India, Dehradun. The research project which aims to track the migratory movements of the olive ridley turtles off the coast of Maharashtra will further strengthen sea turtleconservation in India.
