Therapeutic Target For CI Disease (E)
A path-breaking collaborative research by IIT Kanpur and the University of Queensland, has identified a potential therapeutic target to treat chronic inflammatory diseases. The researchers have gained new information on the functioning of a protein receptor, so far thought to be silent or non-functional. This research can be helpful in developing new drugs against inflammatory diseases including even COVID-19.
