KPIT-CSIR Develop Hydrogen Fuel Cell Bus (E)
Recently, The Union Minister of Science and Technology and Earth Sciences, Dr. Jitendra Singh launched India's first indigenous hydrogen fuel cell bus. The bus has been built in collaboration with CSIR's National Chemical Laboratory in Pune, and a private company, KPIT Engineering Limited. This bus use hydrogen and air to power the vehicle. The bus emits only water, making it environment friendly.
