Cooperation Between India And The US In The Field Of Clean And Green Energy (E)
On September 14th a meeting was held between Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh and a high-level US delegation led by Deputy Secretary of Energy. During the meeting, the union minister called for greater cooperation between India and the US in the field of clean and green energy. Dr. Singh reiterated India’s commitment to promote atomic or nuclear programme not only to provide a major source of clean energy but also as a major tool of application in areas like healthcare and agriculture sector.
