Vaccine For Cervical Cancer- “CERVAVAC” (E)
Recently, The Union Minister of Science & Technology and Earth Sciences, Dr. Jitendra Singh announced the completion of the research and development of vaccine “CERVAVAC” on September 1st 2022. The quadrivalent Human Papilloma Virus (qHPV) vaccine has been developed by the Serum Institute of India Pvt Ltd. in partnership with the Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation under the Grand Challenges India Partnership Program.
