Coastal Clean-Up Campaign Website (E)
Under the leadership of the Ministry of Earth Sciences, Government of India, a coastal clean-up campaign was launched on 5th July this year to clean-up 75 beaches across the country. The Union Minister of Science and Technology, and Earth Sciences Dr. Jitendra Singh recently unveiled a dedicated website named “www.swachhsagar.org”. During the Programme, the Union Minister also launched the campaign logo- Vasuki, dedicated to the youth and school students who are interested in the campaign.
