UN Ocean Conference in Portugal (E)
The United Nations Ocean Conference was held in Portugal from 27 June to 1 July. A total of 130 countries from all over the world, including India, represented by Jitendra Singh participated in this five-day conference. Leaders discussed possibilities of an international agreement to protect the world's oceans, seas and marine resources.
