In the 21st century, India is a scientific force to be reckoned with. But this is not a recent phenomenon. It has been a long time in the making. In fact, it’s a journey that began in the years immediately after India’s independence. The film showcases that journey through the unique perspective of India’s science policies over the decade’s right up till the present age.
