Augmenting Writing Skills for Articulating Research (AWSAR) (E)
AWSAR is a unique initiative that addresses the need to make scientific research more accessible to laymen. There has always existed a gap between the scientific fraternity and the public at large. All research communications were aimed at the fraternity, leaving it out of reach of the public. To bridge this gap, AWSAR was launched. It encourages scientific scholars to present their research in a way that is interesting to laymen and easily understood. This, in turn will encourage greater participation.
