Steel Slag Road, CSIR-CRRI (E)
CSIR-Central Road Research Institute had developed technology to use steel slag in road construction. Recently, in collaboration with Arcelor-Mittal Nippon Steel Plant under Ministry of Steel, Government of India, 1.2 kms long 6-lane road has been constructed at Hazira Port, Surat. Now this project is being taken forward.
