Space Science Centre, Jammu (E)
In a major step towards expanding education, research and innovation in space technology, the Indian Space Research Organization has established North India’s first major Space Science Centre at the Central University of Jammu. The Centre, named after renowned Indian space scientist Prof. Satish Dhawan, was recently inaugurated by union minister Dr Jitendra Singh.
