Graha’s VR: Next-Gen Smartphone based Virtual Reality Headset

Virtual Reality is one of the technologies with the highest projected potential for growth. The big technology companies are already working to develop headsets that do not need cables and that allow images to be seen in HD. Srinivasan Yagnanarayanan and his team have developed Made in India Grah’s VR headsets, which can turn your smartphone into a Virtual Reality experience. They offer virtual reality-based technical training solutions to manufacturing companies for the up-skilling and re-skilling of their blue-collar workforce. They aim to help manufacturing and industrial companies reduce their technical training-related costs by providing them with the platform's smarthphone-based virtual reality headset and virtual reality content customised and tailor-made to suit their needs. Funded by the Department of Science and Technology through Veltech Incubation cell & IIT Mandi Catalyst Technolgy Incubation Program, this startup aims to provide a solution that is more interactive and effective than the existing process and yields a better output at the same time saving them cost and time.
