The Science and Engineering Research Board of the Department of Science and Technology has partnered with Intel India to promote intensive technology based research in India. The first-of-its-kind research initiative called ‘Fund for Industrial Research Engagement (FIRE)’ has been launched to offer industry-relevant research opportunities in the areas of deep technologies.
