Dual Carbon Battery (E)
Scientists from the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad, have developed a safe and cost-effective alternative for the conventional Lithium-ion batteries. Without using any transition metal, the researchers have developed a novel Dual-carbon battery which has low-weight and high energy density. This innovation could provide an affordable energy system for many applications, from medical devices to electric vehicles.
