Dr. Obaid Siddiqui: Pride of Science (E)
Dr Obaid Siddiqui is known for his research in neurogenetics. He made fundamental contributions to the field of behavioural neurogenetics, using the genetics and neurobiology of Drosophila. Siddiqui's studies in the field of neurogenetics uncovered the link between genes, behavior and the brain. Prof. Siddiqui was the founding director of the National Center for Biological Sciences, Bengaluru.
