India has a population of 15 million people with visual impairments, of the 39 million across the world, who have long been unable to access printed documents like books, newspaper and magazines. Even all the books are not available in audio forms. Developed by CSIR-CSIO, there is a device that can enhance the learning opportunities for visually impaired people.
