Dimethyl Ether as Fuel (E)
Indian researchers have developed a technology that enables the use of dimethyl ether as a fuel in automotive diesel vehicles. The research, funded by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, was led by IIT Delhi in collaboration with Indian Oil Corporation and Ashok Leyland Ltd.
