Training Program of Women Scientist Scheme (E)
The Union Minister of Science and Technology and Earth Sciences, Dr. Jitendra Singh recently inaugurated the training program of the 12th batch of Women Scientist Scheme C, Wise-Kiran IPR of the Department of Science and Technology. Speaking at the session, the Union Minister said that many mega scientific projects including that of the Gaganyaan mission are being led by women scientists, while many women led start-ups are leading innovative success stories in India. Today the KIRAN IPR scheme contributes 10% of the active patent agents in the country.
