Saline Gargle Method (E)
The Nagpur-based National Environmental Engineering Research Institute or ‘NEERI’ a constituent laboratory of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, has given the country another solution to fight the pandemic of COVID-19. The institute has recently transferred its innovative Saline Gargle RT-PCR technology to the Ministry of MSME. This low-cost and patient-friendly method of conducting a COVID-19 test will take the country one step further in the war against the pandemic.
