Inter-Disciplinary Dual Degree programmes (E)
To make students industry-ready in fast emerging technologies, IIT Madras is offering great flexibility in its academic curriculum. A major initiative was started in this direction in 2017 with the introduction of Inter-Disciplinary Dual Degree programmes, where the students study for five years to obtain B.Tech. in a parent discipline, and M.Tech. in an interdisciplinary area.
