One of the goals of the new Science, Technology and Innovation Policy is to make science accessible to people through regional languages. Vigyan Prasar, an autonomous organisation under the Department of Science and Technology, is doing just that… As part of its efforts, Vigyan Prasar has now included Maithili language in its repertoire. Vigyan Prasar recently organized a workshop to prepare an outline for the future.
